Sarah has worked with clients from multi-nationals including Motorola, Citibank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Guinness, Zurich and Shell and with senior partners from successful law firms. She has run coaching programmes in the UK, Europe and the Far East.
For more than 15 years up until the late 1990’s, Sarah specialised in the training of both horse and rider for success in top level competitions. Sarah ran a profitable equestrian training centre in the south of England, practically training and coaching competitors.
Sarah herself had been a successful competitor since her teenage years in several equestrian disciplines. In 1987, having specialised in dressage, her interest in personal development was sparked by a dressage trainer who taught an approach called "Ride With Your Mind."
Sarah saw at first hand the amazing benefits of combining sports psychology with visualisation, meditation, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and other techniques to develop an individual’s skill and capabilities.
She began incorporating this philosophy into her own equestrian training and competing, increasing her own competitive success and that of her clients considerably.
Sarah realised the far broader application of these tools and the potential to help many people in different areas of their lives.
Sarah gained her own qualifications in NLP and business coaching and obtained certification in stress management training and meditation teaching.
Since selling that business in 2000, Sarah has gone on to coach top equestrian competitors and other sports professionals including those competing at international levels.
Her success at improving clients’ performance with these techniques prompted her to take them into the corporate environment and create the same performance success there.
She now has a popular consultancy, supported by associate coaches that are specialist in their own areas that provides a clear route to top performance.
