The coaching sessions are a focused process, utilizing conversations and other techniques to create an environment for individual growth, purposeful action, and sustained improvement.
Each session is customized for each individual and relies on feedback from colleagues and others tools such as the AEM Cube to provide a full picture of the individual’s performance.
Sarah also offers observational coaching (watching individuals in key meetings/presentations) as a tool for developing and enhancing performance.
