Spiritual Intelligence in Leadership

Spiritual Intelligence in leadership begins with us. It begins with self leadership, with our thinking, mindsets and attitudes and the behaviours that come from our self perceptions.

Spiritually Intelligent leaders place high value on personal freedom based on an inherent self awareness and awareness in the present moment. They are able to move beyond their conditioning and patterns from their past, beyond the roles they are used to playing into a place where they are in touch with who they are all of the time. All that they do and say comes from that place of truth, as well as a connection to the energy within them that has the power to move them forward and create amazing results.

This workshop places emphasis on each one of us as leaders, leaders who come from the highest and best truth within us.

In this workshop Sarah will cover the following:

• The thinking, attitudes and behaviours that support Spiritual Intelligence in Leadership
• The roles that we play and the patterns that we enter into which limit our Spiritual Intelligence
• How to connect with your authenticity and the source of power within you that is waiting to be expressed in a far greater way
• How to connect with and trust your Spiritual Intelligence and see clearly where it is guiding you next
• Tips for growing in Self belief as you learn to trust your inner intelligence

The workshop will include a meditation to connect with your future self to gain insights and understanding on how you can express the truth of who you are in an even greater way in the present.
